The Chalange
Central Car Leasing had built a powerful internal platform to manage customer orders and relationships but the interface lacked design direction. With constant functional updates and no cohesive UI, the system had become difficult to navigate and even harder to scale.
The Opportunity
Redesign the experience to bring clarity, consistency, and efficiency starting with the most critical area: the case management system.

My Role
I led the product design, collaborating closely with stakeholders and the development lead to bring structure and usability to the platform through design.


A Smarter Case System
We overhauled the case section the heart of the platform so it could serve as a template for rolling out improvements across other areas.
Always Visible Data
With large amounts of data in play, we introduced a model slide out panel keeping users connected to the info they need without ever leaving the current screen.


Role-Based Navigation
Built a toggle based system tailored to the company’s multi role setup. Different users needed different information but all within a single platform. The new design allows seamless switching between views without redundancy or confusion

Results
A cleaner, more intuitive system that’s improved team efficiency and continues to evolve through ongoing collaboration.
