The Chalange
EG Group, a global leader in fuel retail and convenience, wanted to bring its mobile fueling and ordering experience to the UK building off the foundations of its U.S. app while introducing a new brand: On the Move.
The Opportunity
Design a UK specific experience that felt native and intuitive, while aligning with global product standards and informing future international rollouts.

My Role
I was part of the product design team, collaborating closely with the Head of Tech and development leads to adapt the U.S. experience for the UK market and craft a mobile product tailored to local users.


Streamlined Fueling
We focused on simplifying the mobile fueling process minimising friction and getting users from forecourt to forecourt faster.
Effortless Ordering
Designed an ordering journey that made grabbing food and essentials on the go feel seamless tailored to UK user expectations.


Results
A more focused, locally relevant mobile experience shaping not only the UK app but also influencing ongoing improvements in EG Group’s global product strategy
